VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Taekwondo Queensland, as with most sports, operates on a very high proportion of volunteer involvement. This volunteering can take many forms and is essential for maintaining lower cost levels for participants and in providing development opportunities for our martial artists, whether they are competition athletes or not and for our martial art as a whole. Volunteering is a great community builder and we encourage you to take an active part in our taekwondo community.

Taekwondo Queensland is interested in the contribution of all volunteers to the many roles throughout the organisation and if you believe you have a contribution you can make to our association we encourage you to contact us to discuss the appropriate utilisation of your talents.
The following positions are advertised:
State Tournament Director - see Committees for a Position Description - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST to be submitted by 15 February 2008.
State Delegate - see Committees for a Position Description - EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST to be submitted by 15 February 2008.
Office Support Volunteers - TKD QLD's office at Brendale is staffed, (generally) 3 days a week (usually Monday, Tuesday and Friday, subject to meetings) during school hours (9am until 2:45pm) and we would happy utilise the assistance of anyone interested in assisting with administration activities during these times, or part thereof. If you are interested please contact the office on 3325 0921 during these times to discuss.
