A range of positions are offered by Taekwondo Queensland each year to fulfill the programs of the association and expressions of interest are current being called for:

State Sparring Coach (paid position)

Assistant Sparring Coach (2 paid coaches for full year program and 1 paid position for part year program)

State Technical Coach (paid position)

Assistant Technical Coach (paid position)

State Team Manager (volunteer position)

Coaching Accreditations Facilitator (paid position)

As a result of the resignation of committee member, Darryl Green, TQ is also seeking expressions of interest for the positions of:

Coaching Director (volunteer role - sub-committee role)

State Delegate (volunteer role - committee position)

TQ is continuing with the Active After School Communities program through the Australian Sports Commission and seeks to engage additional coaches for this program.  Eligibility for these roles include taekwondo participants from 16 years and over and ranked cho dan bo and over and, ideally, targets the development of coaches in years 11 or 12 or university aged.  Coaches will be required to complete ASC 4-hour qualification course and deliver planned game-based program.
